Who We Are

Pelisa Foundation NPC is a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to mobilising resources and platforms to empower, educate and create opportunities for youth and women, while advancing gender equality. We believe that when women thrive, families prosper, communities flourish and societies grow stronger.

Our strategy is to forge meaningful partnerships and leverage resources for the seamless delivery of empowerment programmes within our communities, ensuring every initiative is sustainable and impactful. By 2030, we aim to develop young leaders for the global village, nurturing their potential to reduce poverty and inequality, and to build an inclusive economy through training and development.

Since our founding in 2019, we have supported youth and women through training programmes and partnered with like-minded organisations to drive social and economic upliftment in our communities.

We take a holistic approach, addressing not only economic empowerment but also education, health, safety and leadership. By tackling systemic barriers and fostering supportive networks, we help youth and women become agents of change in their own lives and their communities.

When a woman learns a skill, she earns more than an income, she earns independence. When a girl finishes school, she unlocks a future her grandmother could only dream of. When a survivor finds safety, she finds the strength to rebuild her life.
